Homemade Biscuits
We make our buttermilk biscuits in-house and bake them fresh every day. From classics like the sausage, egg, & cheddar, to the honey-and-mustard smothered pork and pickle, or even the simplicity of butter and house-made jam, we serve our biscuits with a wide variety of meats and sauces
Breakfast Sandwich
A simple on-the-go sourdough sandwich with an egg, pimento cheese, and a protein of your choice- bacon, pork shoulder, sausage, or smoked tempeh
Smoked Tempeh
We now carry a vegetarian protein. Smoked in a house-made marinade, our tempeh goes perfectly on a biscuit, sandwich, or polenta bowl, and can be substituted for any meat protein
Polenta Bowls
Made with Milwaukie’s own Bob’s Red Mill Polenta, served creamy and delicious. Our polenta is gluten-free and we always have rotating seasonal bowls, along with our permanent dishes like the Brisket and Collard Greens, mixed seasonal vegetables with pesto and an egg, or the breakfast classic- cheddar cheese, scrambled eggs, and a meat of your choice
Brisket and Collards
Our sous vide Brisket is slow cooked for 48 hours for maximum tenderness. Try it with our collard greens in a creamy polenta bowl, on a ciabatta roll, or on our house-made biscuits with our White-BBQ sauce
Weekend Specials
We carry specials on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. You can find the Biscuits & Gravy, Kitchen Sink, and French Toast with Bacon every weekend, and check our Instagram or come visit us to see our rotating seasonal specials
